Nice article and informative. I will do so more research and then post more comments regarding you paper and thoughts therein.
ReplyDeleteMy initial response and thoughts have to do with my own personal personal experience with exercise and mental health professionals. I saw a therapist years ago who smoked and was overweight who was counseling me, it was hard for me to sit through sessions with this person and think about their own mental health and well being.
